The Long Island University Blackbirds have netted a spot in the Northeast Conference championship game to defend their reigning title.
The Blackbirds nearly lost it hosting Quinnipiac University in the semfinals, but they made a comeback to earn a 78-75 win.
Next up is a rematch of last year's final against Robert Morris.
