Man in critical condition after being struck by motorcycle in Cypress Hill

<p>The pedestrian was attempting to cross Fulton Street just after 6:30 a.m. Sunday morning when police say he was struck by a 28-year-old driver heading north on Pennsylvania Avenue.</p>
