Fire officials say a manhole explosion forced the evacuations of two Cypress Hills buildings.
Residents were instructed to leave 104 and 106 Euclid Ave.
As of late night Thursday, Con Edison was still on the scene.
News 12 is told that there is concern about carbon monoxide in the area.
It was not clear when residents would be allowed back into their buildings.
