One Ocean Avenue tenant says her landlord is ignoring repeated requests to make repairs in her apartment. The 79-year-old Midwood resident says two weeks ago, the building?s management company knocked two holes into her wall in an effort to find a leak. Since then, she?s seen rodents and rat droppings throughout her home. She says workers promised to fix the holes, but have yet to return. Officials from the city Department of Housing, Preservation and Development say they will send someone to look into the complaint. Calls to Gutman Management, the building?s management company, have not been returned.
