A 6-year-old girl was rushed to the hospital from school Thursday morning after the H1N1 was accidentally given to her.
Nikiyah Torres suffers from seizures and was not supposed to receive the swine flu shot. However, school nurses confused Torres with another student and mistakenly administered the vaccine.
Torres was immediately taken to the hospital where she was treated for hives and released. Her family is now calling for disciplinary action against those involved and say they want better procedures in place so that another medical mix-up doesn't happen.
