More than 100 students from Yeshiva University came out to Flatbush to help those less fortunate ahead of the Jewish holiday of Purim.
The students spent their afternoon preparing meals at Masbia Soup Kitchen for about 500 people.
Purim, which starts Wednesday evening, is a holiday for Jews to take pride in their heritage and give back to the community.
The students who volunteered said there is no better feeling than giving back.
