Clouds are sticking around today, and it’s going to feel noticeably cooler compared to the summer-like warmth we had earlier this week. Scattered showers will move through at times, so it’s a good idea to keep the umbrella handy if you’re heading out the door. Temperatures will struggle to warm up much, with most areas only reaching the 60s this afternoon. It’ll be one of those damp and gray spring days where the sunshine stays tough to find.

For tonight, skies remain mostly cloudy with a few lingering showers possible. It’ll feel cool and a bit raw overnight as temperatures dip back into the upper 40s and lower 50s by early Friday morning. You may notice a little patchy mist or drizzle in spots late at night as the moisture hangs around.
Friday does bring some improvement with partly sunny skies and occasional breaks of sunshine developing through the day. Even with the brighter conditions, temperatures stay on the cool side for late May, topping out only in the mid-60s. Clouds will thicken again Friday night as another round of rain showers moves in. Overnight lows will hold in the 50s under cloudy skies.
Heading into the holiday weekend, Saturday looks unsettled with cloudy skies and showers developing in the afternoon. We will have dry periods through the day. Temperatures will stay cool in the upper 50s and lower 60s. Showers linger Saturday night with lows in the 50s. For Sunday, expect lots of clouds with rain mainly during the morning hours, though there could be a few late-day breaks of sunshine by afternoon. Highs will be near 65 degrees.

Looking ahead to Memorial Day on Monday, skies stay mostly cloudy with the chance for a few passing showers, but there should also be some dry stretches mixed in. Temperatures will be a bit milder, reaching the upper 60s and lower 70s.
