Drivers may finally be filling up their gas tanks without draining their bank accounts. 
According to the Lundberg Survey, the national price of gasoline has dipped 6 cents per gallon in the last two weeks, and 19 cents over the past seven weeks. 
The average price of a gallon of regular gas is now at $3.52 across the country. 
However, New Yorkers are still paying more. AAA says the average price in the city is $3.67 per gallon.
