A new report has found the best time to rent an apartment in New York City.
According to research by RentReboot, leases signed in December are about $160 cheaper per month compared to leases signed in July.
Experts say even signing in November doubles the odds of paying below asking price. However, the trade-off is that there will be nearly a quarter few apartments available.
