New small business commissioner announced, tours booming Bronx business district

Dynishal Gross, the newly appointed commissioner of the New York City Department of Small Business Services, toured several businesses in Castle Hill.
Gross was joined by Deputy Mayor for Housing Maria Torres Springer, Council Member Oswald Feliz and members of the Castle Hill Business Improvement District.
"A huge focus to us is promotion of the work that the city has invested in to drive economic opportunity and economic recovery as deeply as we can," said Gross.
