The NYPD released body camera and CCTV footage of an officer- involved shooting that happened on May 12.
According to police, 33-year-old Christin Emile was shot by NYPD officers after they say he was involved in a dispute.
Authorities say one of the officers fired a taser which was ineffective. Police say 11 shots were fired by police.
Emile's family lawyers say that an autopsy showed that he was hit six times. Lawyers also say a bystander was hit during the shooting.
His mother Tarnisha tells News 12, she wants justice for her son.
"When you listen to it, and you hear it and you keep hearing it over and over again, something has to be done. They have to be held accountable," she said.
