Norwood residents rattled by scaffold collapse

A rooftop scaffolding collapse rattled tenants in one Norwood apartment building Monday. Residents at 35-60 Rochambeau Ave. say they didn?t know what to think when they felt their building begin to shake.

A rooftop scaffolding collapse rattled tenants in one Norwood apartment building Monday. Residents at 35-60 Rochambeau Ave. say they didn?t know what to think when they felt their building begin to shake. Some said they thought they were experiencing an earthquake after part of the roof broke off and crashed down on a van. Residents who were evacuated from the building say they have complained about the unstable roof before, but nothing has been done. Fire officials on the scene say no one was injured in the collapse.
