A man was attacked and robbed early Monday morning at Atlantic Motor Inn motel in Brooklyn, according to the NYPD.

Police sources say that two unknown individuals approached the victim, displayed a firearm and forcibly removed around $40,000 in cash, as well as other belongings.

The victim was said to have suffered minor injured but refused medical attention.

News 12 reached out to Atlantic Motor Inn, but it declined to comment.
