Police have identified the man accused of attacking a Jewish man and yelling slurs at him in December in Crown Heights.
Authorities say 35-year-old Daniel Blanchard attacked a 40-year-old man wearing traditional Jewish attire and calling him an antisemitic slur. The suspect repeatedly punched the victim in the head before taking off with his cellphone.
