NYPD seeks information identifying assailant who robbed 68-year-old man

The NYPD is asking for help to find a man accused of attacking and robbing a 68-year-old man in East New York Saturday morning.

The NYPD is asking for help to find a man accused of attacking and robbing a 68-year-old man in East New York Saturday morning.
News 12 is told that the suspect approached the victim while riding a Citibike near Pitkin Avenue and Barberry Street. Police say that he began to reach for the victim’s pockets and demanded money.
The suspect then began punching and kicking the victim before stealing a cellphone and jewelry.
The 68-year-old was treated for a broken wrist and nose, but is expected to be OK.
