Residents in Ocean Hill say they are relieved the teenager arrested for Monday's playground shooting is behind bars, but that the violence is more than unsettling. Darren Wint, 15, has been charged with four counts of attempted murder, criminal possession of a weapon and assault. Police say he injured four teenagers, the youngest of whom was 13. Authorities say Wint rode his bicycle to the playground near Fulton and Saratoga streets and opened fire. Parents say they are concerned about how easily the suspect apparently had access to a gun.
