The NYPD and the New York City Human Resources Administration Police Department are reviewing an incident in which officers were filmed apparently ripping a baby from his mother's arms.
News 12 is told that the officers responded to a harassment call Friday on Bergen Street in Brooklyn.
There, officers say they found 23-year-old Jazmine Headley acting disorderly and blocking a hallway.
News 12 is told officers asked her to leave, but while trying to convince her to leave HRA police officers apparently tackled her.
News 12 is told Headley refused medical treatment for herself and her 1-year-old son.
Police say a family member took custody of the baby.
