Two NYPD officers injured during a shootout while trying to arrest a suspect in Bed-Stuy received honors from the 81st Precinct Clergy and Community Council Tuesday.
Officers Andrew Yurkiw and William Reddin were both injured after a foot chase led to a shootout with suspect Jamal Funes, police say.
They've both recovered, and Funes was arrested.
