The “Keith Lee effect” is still happening many weeks after he finished doing food reviews across the five boroughs – particularly for one taco spot.  

The popular social media food critic rated Parkchester’s Taqueria Tlaxcalli as “one of the best tacos he’s had in a long time.”

The eatery had Keith Lee licking his fingers – literally. Head chef Jhony Bautista has been cooking tacos there for nearly two decades.
