Employees at an East New York deli are fearing for their safety after two men were shot inside the building early Sunday morning.
The shooting occurred at the Lucky Deli and Grocery on Sutter Avenue at around 1 a.m.
Police say a 33-year-old man and a 19-year-old were both shot in the leg in what appeared to be a random shooting.
Both victims were transported to Brookdale Hospital in stable condition.
One employee says that even though he wasn't working at the time, he now feels like his life is in danger at the store.
Employees say that there is surveillance video of the attack, and it is currently being used by police as part of their investigation.
Despite the shooting, the deli remained open for business Sunday.
