Police: 3 injured in crash that sent vehicle into liquor store

Police say a collision between two vehicles in Crown Heights this afternoon sent one of the vehicles into the front of a liquor store and left three people injured, one of them in critical condition.

Police say a collision between two vehicles in Crown Heights this afternoon sent one of the vehicles into the front of a liquor store and left three people injured, one of them in critical condition.
The incident happened at the intersection of Albany Avenue and Empire Boulevard, according to investigators.
Witnesses say that a pickup truck and a car crashed. The truck came to rest inside the Lotto Wine and Liquor Store on the corner of the intersection; the car came to rest on the sidewalk near the store.
Officials say that three people were taken to Kings County Hospital, of which one person was in critical condition.
