Police say they fired on a car in Throgs Neck during a wild chase preceded by an abduction.
According to police, the driver of a white Infiniti abducted a man early Thursday morning on Eli Avenue. Police say the man later escaped and the driver sped off with officers in pursuit.
Police have not released full details about the chase, but say the car was later abandoned on Logan Avenue near Bruckner Boulevard.
