Brooklyn man charged with scamming Westchester resident out of $28K
yesterdayPolice have made a second arrest in a brazen barber shop shooting in Norwood last month.
The shooting was caught on camera showing two men shoot the victim as he sat in a barber chair on East Gunhill Road Oct. 22.
Police say 18-year-old suspect Brandon Beltres is now facing multiple charges including attempted murder and assault.
Earlier, police also arrested a 17-year-old in connection to the shooting.
