Police say they have arrested the driver responsible for the wrong-way crash on the Belt Parkway this morning that injured 11 people.
The crash happened at around 6:15 a.m., according to officials.
Officials say 30-year-old Henry Brimsley, of Staten Island, was speeding down the parkway before attempting a U-turn, going against traffic and causing the crash.
Police say Brimsley suffered the most serious injury: a broken leg. Brimsley is being charged with reckless endangerment, speeding and driving with a suspended license.
