Police arrested a man they say fatally beat another man and left him in the street earlier this year.
Police say Kurt Heusel of East New York has been charged with murder in the death of a 26-year-old man who was found on Eldert Lane near Dumont Avenue last June.
Officers found the victim with severe head trauma and pronounced him dead at the scene.
Police ruled the death a homicide the next day.
