Police say an Asian man was attacked in Morrisania Sunday afternoon. 
It happened just after 4 p.m. Police say the man was hit from behind by a man allegedly impersonating a utility worker in front of 571 E. 167th St. 
The 66-year-old man suffered pain on the left side of his face. He refused medical attention after the incident happened, according to police. 
Officials say the NYPD Hate Crimes Task Force could possibly investigate the incident.
