Police say two East New York barbershop workers were shot, one fatally, during a botched robbery Monday night.
Shots were fired inside 635 Sutter Ave. late Monday night, killing a barber known as Butchy and hitting another barber in the leg, authorities say.
Neighbors say Perfect Touch Unisex Salon had recently opened in the area, but had a lot of customers.
