A Brooklyn man has been sentenced for stalking a woman and setting her home on fire in Queens after police say she allegedly broke up with him.

The Queens district attorney says Steven Somerville, 52, was sentenced to 27 to 29 years in prison.

The woman was not home at the time of the blaze, according to police. She fled with her three children to a domestic violence shelter.

Somerville was convicted by a jury in July of arson, burglary and other charges.
