A 25-year-old driver was arrested for operating an unregistered vehicle without insurance and without a valid license.
Aaron Burnett was speeding when he lost control, swerved into another lane and crashed into another car, according to witness Wallen Thompson.
Witnesses says and police have confirmed that one of the cars involved in the accident was carrying a 6-month-old baby.
Police say luckily no one was injured.
"Just hold your kids' hand because a lot of there guys out here are crazy," said Daniel Davis. "Driving 70 mph, 80 mph over the speed limit so you definitely have to be careful."
Surveillance video also showed a woman pushing a baby in a stroller and missing the accident by seconds.
Witnesses are calling the crash a result of reckless driving.
