Three people were shot and killed in Fort Greene early Sunday morning.
It happened at 48 Fleet Walk. Neighbors say they awoke to the sound of gunfire.
Police say two victims were pronounced dead at the scene. They have been identified as 43-year-old Calvin Clinkscales, of Queens, and 39-year-old Lacount Simmons, of Brooklyn.
The third victim, 76-year-old Herbert Brown, also of Brooklyn, was pronounced dead at Methodist Hospital.
A community advocate believes the shootings may have been related on an ongoing turf war.
Authorities say no arrests have been made. Anyone with information is urged to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS.
