Police have released the identity of a 74-year-old man left dead after a hit-and-run in Bay Ridge.

Surveillance video shows the moment a white SUV drives through the intersection of Bay Ridge Avenue and Ridge Boulevard and strikes the victim. The incident took just before 9 p.m. on Wednesday.

Police say the victim's name is Segundo Reina-Gaon.

The driver involved is still at large. Anyone who recognizes the car is asked to call police.
