Police: Man grazed in the neck by flying bullet in East New York; shooter wanted

Police are asking for help tracking down two people wanted in connection to shooting an 18-year-old man Thursday in East New York.
Authorities say the shooting took place at the intersection of East New York Avenue and Mother Gaston Boulevard at around 5:20 p.m.
The victim was shot in the torso and a bullet grazed his neck. He was taken to a local hospital and will recover.
No arrests have been made at this time.
