Police: Man wanted for 10 armed robberies across the Bronx

Police say the suspect took out a gun while demanding money from the victims in most of the incidents.

Police are asking for the public’s help finding a man accused of 10 robberies in the Bronx.
Officers say the incidents happened between June 6 and Dec. 29 of last year. Police say the suspect took out a gun while demanding money from the victims in most of the incidents.
The suspect is accused in three robberies that took place on June 6. In the first incident, the suspect was on a motorcycle when they approached a woman on Barretto Street and took $1,000 from her hand at gunpoint.
In the two other robberies, the man demanded money at gunpoint from employees at a Check Cashing on Randall Avenue and another one on East 149 Street. He fled both scenes on a scooter.
A fourth robbery was on July 8, where police say the man had a firearm when he demanded money from an employee at Ke Sarricas Mobile Food on Randall Avenue. The fifth incident was in the same area where the man stole money from a male employee.
Police also report the man entered Romero Fruit Market on 152nd Street on Dec. 8 and stole money from the register.
In the most recent incidents, the NYPD says the man stole from PLS Check Cashing four times between Dec. 11 - Dec. 29, including twice from the location on East 149th street, once from the Garrison Avenue location and once from the one on East 138th Street.
