2ds agoPolice say a man sexually assaulted a sleeping homeless woman on West 31st Street in Manhattan Sunday.
Officers say the incident happened while the woman was asleep on the sidewalk. The man first exposed himself then performed a sexual act on the woman as she slept, according to police.
The man eventually ran off after the woman woke up and fought him off.
She was later evaluated at a hospital.
