Police say they've made multiple arrests in a prostitution bust at a Sunset Park hotel.
Federal agents teamed up with local police Thursday, storming the Sunny 39 Hotel. As News 12 previously reported, two females were taken out of the hotel in handcuffs, but there has been no official announcement on how many people were arrested.
According to the Brooklyn District Attorney's Office, a desk clerk at the hotel was charged with promoting prostitution and falsifying business records. She allegedly directed clients to rooms occupied by prostitutes.
Another possible prostitution ring was shut down in Queens as well. It is unclear if the two are connected.
