Police: Newborn baby boy found in critical condition on Queens street
A newborn baby boy was found on a street in Queens Sunday morning, police say.
They say officers were called to the vicinity of 107-20 126th St. around 10:15 a.m.
Police say the child was found with the umbilical cord still attached, and that he may have been born Saturday night.
They say he was transported to Jamaica Hospital in critical condition.
The mother is in custody, police say.
