Police say in May of 2022, they found two people inside of a burning car on Shore Road with multiple
gunshot wounds. During the investigation, they discovered Steven Santiago, 34, and Jahmel Sanders, 31, are responsible for the death of the two victims.
Police have already arrested Sanders, but Santiago is still on the loose. Anyone with information on Santiago's whereabouts is asked to call the Crime Stoppers hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS.
