Police: 1 dead in shooting outside Crown Heights bodega

The NYPD says a 20-year-old man was shot at the corner of Sterling Place and Buffalo Avenue.

The NYPD says one man was fatally shot outside a bodega in Crown Heights on Monday.
They say the shooting happened around 2 p.m. on the corner of Sterling Place and Buffalo Avenue.
The 20-year-old victim was shot twice -- once in the hip and once in the ankle. He was taken to Kings County Hospital but didn’t survive his injuries.
There have been no arrests made, and no description of the suspects were released.
