Police are searching Thursday for four men in connection with a shooting in Highbridge.

Police say the shooting happened around 6:30 p.m. Wednesday when the men entered a building on Gerard Avenue. Police say the men knocked on an apartment door and a female tenant opened the door. They say the men began shooting and hit a 34-year-old man in the right thigh.

The victim was taken to Lincoln Hospital in stable condition.

The men were captured on surveillance video. Anyone with information is asked to call police.
