Police Benevolent Association sues NYPD oversight agency for "false" and "baseless" online claims

The NYPD is looking to identify a group of suspects accused of robbing an 18-year-old woman in East New York.

Police say the group approached an 18-year-old on Sept. 21 on East New York Avenue and pulled out a knife and threw bleach on her. They took off with her cellphone

The victim refused medical attention.

Anyone with information about the incident is asked to call police.
