A 27-year-old elevator repairman died on the job Friday after the elevator he was working on in Boerum Hill gave way and struck him, authorities say.
Stephan Viscount, of Queens, died when the elevator he'd been working on all week at an apartment building crashed into him. When emergency services arrived on the scene, he was unconscious and unresponsive.
Authorities rushed Viscount to Brooklyn Hospital, where he was pronounced dead. Police say there are no signs of foul play at this point, but are continuing their investigation.
