Temperatures are warming up, with wet and windy weather on the way mid-week.
After a cold start to the week, temperatures are on the rise this week. Tuesday will be nice, with sun and clouds and highs in the upper 40s.
A storm approaches on Wednesday, with increasing clouds and gusty south winds. Expect periods of heavy rain and possibly a thunderstorm in the evening between 5 p.m. and 10 p.m. There could be some minor coastal flooding and beach erosion at high tide.
Drier weather returns Thursday, with gusty northwest winds. Temperatures will be in the upper 40s to near 50 degrees to end the workweek.
