Today is mostly sunny and a touch warmer and more humid than yesterday with highs near 80-degrees. A breeze from the southeast at 10-15 mph is expected which will bring rough surf and rip currents to Atlantic facing beaches. A stray shower is possible from noon to 5 PM.
Tomorrow: Windy, warm with a storm
A few morning showers are expected on Thursday with overcast skies. An isolated thunderstorm is possible in the afternoon with heat and humidity returning along with peeks of sun. Highs are in the mid to upper 80s but will feel like the low 90s.
The News 12 Storm Watch Team is continuing to monitor conditions for the Knicks ticker-tape parade on Thursday, which could have some showers and storms during the celebrations. Temperatures will be warm and it will feel muggy.
