There's a new fitness class for people who want to spar like a boxer without the fear of getting punched.
The boxercise class at Champions Fitness Center teaches offensive and defensive techniques for all ages and fitness levels.
"I initially came to start losing weight but then it's just mind body and soul," says Jennifer, who lost 30 pounds within two months of starting the class. "It empowers you it strengthens you and you'd be shocked to know what you can do."
