There is some retaliation for the customer caught on camera berating a Robeks employee in Fairfield, using racial slurs and eventually throwing a drink at her.

The teenager, Gianna Miranda, is now suing James Iannazzo for damages.

According to court documents, the incident caused Miranda "mental and physical" harm and she's now seeking treatment.

Iannazzo was facing several charges but was put on probation.
