It's no picnic for seniors at a Claremont Village high school who say that a harmless prank nearly cost them their caps and gowns.
Students at the Performance Conservatory High School pulled off a picnic in the hallway last Friday, but it wasn't a big hit with the principal. They say parents were called over the weekend and told that their children might not participate in the graduation ceremony.
The Department of Education (DOE) says the graduation ceremony is not being canceled and that the principal is meeting with the parents of students who took part in the prank.
