rainy and wet morning has turned to heavy snowfall in Brooklyn as a nor'easter impacts the region.
Snow started coming down heavily shortly after 12 p.m.
Although, it has been lightly snowing and drizzling all morning.
Those traveling say there aren't too many people out on the roads, but expect that will change once the evening commute approaches.
The National Weather Service has issued a storm warning for Brooklyn until 4 p.m. Thursday.
News 12 meteorologists say 5-10 inches of snow are expected during the height of the storm.
