New regulations from the Centers for Disease Control is causing confusion for some New Yorkers across the city.
Federal guidelines no longer require masks being worn in most businesses indoors for fully vaccinated people, but that isn’t the case - not at least for New York state.
News 12’s Michelle Ross was outside Havana Cafe in the Bronx to find out how customers are reacting to the confusion.
