A strong Nor'easter will form along the southeastern coast of the US on Saturday and bring blizzard conditions to the Carolinas and Southern Virginia. This storm will stay well offshore on Sunday from New York City and bring minimal impacts. It will be very cold, cloudy, gusty with a chance of a few flurries Sunday morning.
