Chilly start to the day, milder temps move in for the weekend in Brooklyn

  • It’s another mostly clear, chilly and breezy start to the day. Temperatures are in the low to mid 40s. Wind chills are in the 30s to low 40s.
  • Today will be another classic Fall day. It will be bright, cool and a bit breezy. Highs will be in the low 60s.
  • This weekend will be mild with highs in the mid-60s to low 70s. It stays nice and dry during the daytime hours for any outdoor Fall activities.
  • A cold front will move through our area on Sunday night into Monday. The storm is trending weaker with lower impacts. A few steady scattered showers arrive after 11PM on Sunday through Monday afternoon. It will be breezy at times on Sunday afternoon and throughout the day Monday.
  • Another frontal system will bring more rain chances by the middle of next week. Stay tuned for updates!
TRACKING THE TROPICS: There are two tropical waves in the Atlantic that has a low chance of development next week. Heavy rain and gusty winds are possible across the Windward Islands from Sunday into early next week. Even though we've passed the peak of hurricane season, it doesn't officially end until November 30th. Stay tuned for updates!
